Welcome to Minute Masters. By accessing or using our website, services, or digital products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. 

 

1. Definitions 

• “Company” refers to Minute Masters, registered in South Africa. 

• “Client” refers to any individual or entity engaging Minute Masters for services. 

• “Services” include but are not limited to video production, meeting documentation, AI-generated summaries, and related consulting. 

• “Content” refers to all materials created, uploaded, or shared through our platform. 

 

2. Scope of Services 

Minute Masters provides: 

• AI-powered meeting minute generation 

• Video summaries and explainer content 

• Branding and visual documentation 

• Custom video production for businesses and organizations 

All services are subject to availability and project scope agreements. 

 

3. User Responsibilities 

Clients agree to: 

• Provide accurate and complete information for project execution. 

• Not upload or share unlawful, offensive, or copyrighted content without permission. 

• Use Minute Masters’ content only for lawful and agreed-upon purposes. 

 

4. Intellectual Property 

• All original content produced by Minute Masters remains the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

• Clients may use delivered content for commercial or internal use as specified in the project agreement. 

• Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution is prohibited. 

 

5. Payment Terms 

• Pricing is outlined in individual project proposals or subscription plans. 

• Payments must be made in full before final delivery unless otherwise agreed. 

• Late payments may incur interest or service suspension. 

 

6. Cancellation & Refunds 

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 24 hours before project commencement. 

• Refunds are issued at the discretion of Minute Masters based on work completed and costs incurred. 

• Subscription-based services may be canceled anytime, but refunds are not guaranteed. 

 

7. Confidentiality 

Minute Masters agrees to maintain the confidentiality of client data, meeting content, and proprietary information. Clients are responsible for securing their login credentials and access to shared platforms. 

 

8. Limitation of Liability 

Minute Masters is not liable for: 

• Loss of data due to third-party platforms or client error 

• Delays caused by force majeure or client inaction 

• Indirect or consequential damages arising from service use 

 

9. Amendments 

Minute Masters reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon publication. 

 

10. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gauteng Province.
