Refund Policy

At Minute Masters, we strive to deliver high-quality video production and meeting documentation services tailored to your needs. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to handle refund requests fairly and transparently.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

The client cancels a project at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
The service delivered is materially incomplete, defective, or fails to meet the agreed scope.
Technical issues prevent Minute Masters from completing the project as promised.

Refunds are not guaranteed for:

Change of mind after project commencement
Delays caused by client inaction or lack of communication
Subscription-based services after usage has begun

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, clients must:

Submit a written request to billing@minutemasters.com
Include the project name, invoice number, and reason for the refund
Allow up to 7 business days for review and response

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.

3. Partial Refunds

In cases where partial work has been completed, Minute Masters may offer a pro-rata refund based on the percentage of work delivered.

4. Subscription Services

Clients may cancel subscriptions at any time. However:

Refunds are not issued for unused time within the billing cycle
Access to services will remain active until the end of the paid period

5. Custom Projects

Due to the personalized nature of custom video and documentation services:

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis
Minute Masters reserves the right to retain a non-refundable deposit for time and resources allocated

6. Dispute Resolution

If a refund request is denied, clients may escalate the matter by contacting our support team or lodging a complaint with the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud in South Africa.
